Our Services. Kare by K delivers In-Home Companion Service, Personal Companion Service, Senior Support Service, Disability Companionship, Senior Social Activities. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Kare by K and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
As-Is Basis. https://karebyk.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Kare by K makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Damages. Kare by K is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Kare by K from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NY law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NY for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
